Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Products must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required to process a return.
Non-Returnable Items:
Perishable goods, such as food and beverages, cannot be returned.
Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable.
Return Process:
Contact Us: Start the return process by contacting our customer service team at info@weqi.xyz or 336-971-5475. Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include the return authorization. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Exchanges:

Late or Missing Refunds:

Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
